Drop or release request requires 12 consecutive months of inactivity from the date of the request to be granted. Release requests or switching call centers unannounced or IBO automatic releases cost $250. If not paid to prior departure, this amount will be deducted from any remaining service revenue from the agent. If the agent does not have service revenue to apply to the release fee, the agent agrees not to become an IBO for at least 12 months after their initial release request to prevent tampering or cross recruiting, which is a direct violation of our code of conduct here with oral class. Agent must provide a 90 day written email confirming their IPO automatic release before moving forward with this action. The agent agrees that failure to comply with these terms will result in a $2500 fine or possible lawsuit. If cross recruiting is suspected release request will be denied.
